To grab a screen shot: Ctrl+Alt+PrintScreen

Ctrl+Alt+PrintScreen invokes a crosshairs curser.
Drag diagonally to select the area you want to capture.



You will then see this message:



 Paste Image into Most Documents


With the image loaded in the clipboard, you can now right-click-paste
it into most documents, including Microsoft® Word® and Excel®.

You can even save the image in Lightening Navigator for association with a keyboard shortcut.

 Keyboard Shortcut to Images

To open setup screen: Right-click+open on the lightning bolt
 in the system tray at bottom right of screen.
Right-click+paste clipboard image in the "Graphic" box:



Follow the instructions for naming the image file, select a HotKey and click
Press Control+Alt+HotKey to load image into clipboard. Paste it into your documents whenever you want!
